- High school diploma or GED; 4 years experience in food and beverage, culinary, or related professional area
- OR 2 year degree in Food Service Management, Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related major; 2 years experience in food and beverage, culinary, or related professional area

Position Summary
- Entry level management position responsible for the daily operations of restaurant/bar and room service.
- Assists in menu planning, maintains sanitation standards, assists servers and bussers during peak meal periods, and supervises restaurant/bar and room service departments where applicable.
- Responsible for ensuring guest and employee satisfaction while maintaining operating budget.
- Ensures compliance with standards and legal obligations.
Education and Experience
- High school diploma or GED; 4 years experience in food and beverage, culinary, or related professional area.
- OR 2 year degree in Food Service Management, Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related major; 2 years experience in food and beverage, culinary, or related professional area.
