Role Overview
Assist the Front Office Manager with front office administration, daily staff supervision, service quality, guest satisfaction, and department financial performance.
The front office scope includes Bell/Door Staff, Switchboard, Guest Services, and Front Desk operations.
The position is full time and based at the Diriyah hotel location.
Education and Experience
- High school diploma or GED plus two years of experience in guest services, front desk, or a related professional area.
- Alternatively, a two-year degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related major with no experience required.
- The role requires supervision, communication, hospitality, conflict resolution, and problem-solving capabilities.
Front Office Team Management
- Supervise and manage employees, support daily operations, and understand employee positions well enough to perform duties during absences.
- Build trust, respect, cooperation, and open communication among team members.
- Ensure employee recognition occurs across all shifts and lead by example.
