- Coordinate with flight crew, ground staff, and external agencies to facilitate smooth aircraft turnaround and gate operations
- Proactively identify and resolve operational disruptions such as delays or diversions by implementing contingency plans
- Maintain accurate flight status records and update systems promptly
- Ensure accurate flight documents to flight crew and handling agents
- Perform check of equipment to avoid delays and turnaround aircraft at ramp for timely loading
- Monitor and supervise accurate loading/unloading based on the load plan
- Daily report of passenger billing
Requirements
- Experience in airline operations or movement control
- Strong coordination and communication skills
- Ability to handle operational disruptions
