Capabilities, Experience & Qualification Requirements

9+ years of experience in Compliance, Risk, Regulatory Reporting, Governance, or Controls function
Hands on experience in G20 trade reporting regulations, reporting processes, controls and data
Demonstrated understanding of data lineage, data quality management, reconciliations and control frameworks within regulatory reporting environments
Experience in compliance, risk, regulatory reporting, governance or control assurance
Experience using Power BI, data visualisation tools and reporting technologies
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret and analyse complex data
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills

Qualification Requirements

Tertiary or post graduate qualifications in finance / commerce / law

Carry out compliance services and activities which support the businesses the role supports
Support the oversight of G20 trade reporting obligations, helping to ensure reporting is complete, accurate and timely. Support event management activities, including breach triage support, remediation tracking, evidence management and closure readiness
Design, build and maintain Power BI dashboards and analytics tools to support oversight and reporting across G20 Compliance
Support preparation of regulatory and governance reporting through data collation and validation
Support administration of Swap Dealer licence requirements
Provide operational and analytical support for regulatory change, Compliance reviews and planning activities
Work closely with stakeholders by partnering with first line teams to provide timely, practical compliance support, escalating issues where appropriate
Support continuous improvements by contributing ideas to improve compliance processes, controls and ways of working, helping the team deliver efficient and effective outcomes
