Associate Technical Lead, Software Developement

Experience with distributed systems, event-driven architectures, or scalable platform development.

Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and automated testing frameworks.

Experience with observability, monitoring, and production support tools.

Exposure to large-scale data processing, analytics, or data platform technologies.

Experience working in environments where software interacts with complex systems, hardware, or infrastructure.

Demonstrated ownership of features or subsystems through the complete software development lifecycle.

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.

5+ years of professional software development experience building and delivering production software systems.

Strong proficiency in Java, with working knowledge of Python or similar programming languages.

Solid understanding of Object-Oriented Design, design patterns, and software architecture principles.

Experience developing backend applications using frameworks such as Spring Boot.

Hands-on experience building REST APIs, microservices, and distributed applications.

Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, concurrency, and multithreaded programming.

Experience working with relational and/or NoSQL databases and designing data-driven applications.

Experience developing, deploying, and supporting containerised applications using Docker and Kubernetes.

Strong troubleshooting, debugging, and root cause analysis skills.

Experience working on medium-to-large scale software projects with measurable business impact.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively across global teams.
