Associate Technical Lead, Software Developement

Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end development of software features, from requirements analysis and design through implementation, testing, deployment, and support.
• Design and develop scalable backend services, APIs, and distributed applications using modern software engineering practices.
• Translate business and system requirements into robust, maintainable, and extensible software solutions.
• Contribute to technical design and architecture discussions, helping shape long-term platform improvements.
• Write high-quality, production-ready code with a focus on performance, reliability, scalability, and maintainability.
• Investigate, analyse, and resolve complex technical issues through effective debugging and root cause analysis.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated solutions and ensure successful feature delivery.
• Participate in code reviews and support engineering best practices across design, development, testing, and documentation.
• Support production deployments, customer escalations, and operational activities as needed.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives related to software quality, development processes, automation, and tooling.
• Share technical knowledge and support the growth of team members through collaboration and mentoring.
