Associate Tech Lead

Hands on experience on sheet metal, tubing, plastics, assemblies, and manufacturing processes.

Good understanding of sheet metal drafting rules and principals (ASME Y14.5M)

Good knowledge and application of Tolerance stack up and analysis.

Hands on experience in DFMEA and DVPN&R is preferred.

Good knowledge on PLM activities.

HVAC/Refrigeration domain experience is preferred.

Excellent Oral and Written communication skills and knowledge on MS Office tools.

Ability to manage Design/Drawing/Project level Reviews with global cross functional teams.

Must be able to adjust changing demands, priorities, and objectives.

Good attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities of reported issues.

Coach and develop team members.

Project management skills.
