Role Overview
Lead and manage building structural engineering projects across UK sectors.
Provide technical leadership, project management, client engagement, team development, and high-quality design delivery.
Act as a key link between clients, project teams, and senior leadership.
Technical Leadership and Delivery
- Lead structural design for medium to large building projects using Eurocodes and UK best practices.
- Provide technical review and approval of calculations, drawings, and reports.
- Drive innovative, safe, and sustainable design solutions.
- Ensure compliance with QA/QC procedures and project standards.
- Oversee Revit and Tekla-based digital engineering and structural BIM workflows.
Project Management
- Manage the full project lifecycle from concept to construction.
- Develop scopes, deliverables, programmes, and fee proposals.
- Monitor project progress, budgets, risks, and change control.
- Coordinate architecture, MEP, civils, and other multidisciplinary design teams.
- Ensure timely delivery of design information to clients and contractors.
