About the Role

Requirements
- Graduated with a Master's or Bachelor's Degree between 2024 and 2026 in Commerce, Finance, Marketing, Economics, Business Administration, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics or a related field
- Experience in basic coding and/or data visualization (e.g. SQL, Python, Tableau, QuickSight) preferred
- Experience in analytical problem solving preferred

As a Strategy Analyst
- Develop and apply analytical rigour, problem solving skills and critical thinking from day one.
- Bring your strategies to life from conception and analytical business case building to in market delivery.
- Work with tools like SQL to query data, use spreadsheets and Python based notebooks to organize it, and slides to present it.
- Work in an agile, cross functional team and learn from other job families like data scientists, process managers, and product owners.

Basic Qualifications
- Graduated with a Master's or Bachelor's Degree between 2024 and 2026 in Commerce, Finance, Marketing, Economics, Business Administration, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics or a related field
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in basic coding and/or data visualization (e.g. SQL, Python, Tableau, QuickSight).
- Experience in analytical problem solving.

Salary
- The expected annual salary for this role is CAD 100,000.
- This role is also eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation.
