General purpose
Develops Salesforce functionality and enhancements while collaborating with IT and business stakeholders.
Supports business divisions globally through Salesforce development, configuration, integration, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.
Uses the software development lifecycle and Agile methods to design, develop, test, and implement solutions.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain Salesforce customizations, applications, extensions, and integrations.
- Build applications with Apex, Lightning Web Components, Lightning Experience, JavaScript, and related technologies.
- Maintain platform availability and stability and provide on-call support.
- Analyze requirements and plan system changes and enhancements.
- Prepare testing, implementation, user training, UAT, and documentation plans.
- Resolve usage issues and stay current with Salesforce standards and best practices.
Required experience
- 2–4 years of hands-on Salesforce development experience in a large-scale enterprise environment.
- Experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components, Lightning Experience, Salesforce Flow, Visualforce, and Salesforce configuration.
