• The successful candidate will design and implement data solutions, automate spreadsheets and workflows, and build databases that connect to multiple data sources.
• Unlike traditional asset management environments, this team places a strong emphasis on in-house tool development, so the role is ideal for someone who enjoys practical coding and problem-solving.

• What the job involves
• Build and maintain internal tools for investment and data workflows
• Automate spreadsheets, reports, and repetitive processes
• Design and manage databases linking multiple data sources
• Support both private and public market investment teams
• Work closely with investment professionals to translate requirements into technical solutions
• Continuously improve and streamline data processes and systems
• Who we are looking for
• Some exposure to financial markets, investment banking, or hedge funds
• Strong programming skills, with experience in Python, SQL, Java, and R
• Experience building data tools, automations, or internal systems
• Ability to work independently in a small, high-impact team
• Dynamic, curious, and eager to learn
• Comes from an investment bank, hedge fund, or similar financial environment
• Has built in-house tools or data infrastructure
• Technically strong but open to developing deeper financial knowledge
• Motivated, adaptable, and comfortable working without a large team structure
