Associate Relationship Manager, Banking & Tre

Candidate Requirements:

Required:

Associates degree in Finance, Business, or equivalent work experience.

Education: Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or a related field.

Experience: 0–2 years of experience in customer service, account coordination, or a professional office environment (FinTech or Banking interest is a plus).

Communication: Clear verbal and written communication skills for interacting with internal teams and clients.

Problem Solving: A proactive approach to learning new processes and solving basic technical puzzles.

Organization: Ability to manage multiple tasks and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.

Attitude: Patient, eager to learn, and collaborative.

Compensation and Benefits:
