This is also home to one of OLR’s data centers and a critical component of our global technology and support infrastructure.

OLR operates with a distributed workforce model across the United States, allowing team members to work remotely from various locations.

Employees based near the Cleveland office benefit from the flexibility of a hybrid work environment, combining in-office collaboration with remote work.

Our U.S. based professionals collaborate closely with teams in Europe, India, and Latin America, contributing to Oracle Retail systems integration, cloud and data initiatives, and continuous improvement programs for global retail operations.

This is an on-site role based in our office , as it requires regular hands-on access to the lab, hardware and other testing equipment that cannot be effectively supported in a remote environment .

In this role, you’ll

• Execute manual and automated tests to validate functionality, performance, and usability.
• Support test planning, design, and execution within agile sprints.
• Assist in identifying , documenting, and tracking software defects.
• Collaborate with developers and product teams to clarify requirements and ensure test coverage.
