About the Role

- Track and monitor daily utilization of IT resources
- Maintain accurate records of resource allocation, availability, workload, and billable hours
- Ensure all resources log timesheets daily and follow up on pending entries
- Prepare and circulate daily utilization and timesheet compliance reports
- Develop weekly and monthly summary reports highlighting utilization trends and risks
- Analyze utilization data to identify underutilization, over allocation, and inefficiencies
- Maintain and enhance interactive dashboards using Power BI and Excel
- Coordinate with project managers, team leads, HR, and department heads
- Monitor resource capacity planning and support forecasting
- Ensure data integrity across Odoo and reporting systems
- Track billable vs non billable utilization and provide insights
- Support PMO activities related to reporting and governance
Requirements
- Expertise in Power BI including dashboard development, DAX, and data visualization
- Experience in resource utilization tracking and reporting
- Strong data analysis skills

Job Description
