- Candidates with a strong research and teaching background in the above mentioned areas will be considered.
- This position involves interdisciplinary teaching and research, catering to students from electrical, mechanical and chemical engineering backgrounds.
Qualifications and Experience
- A Ph.D in Electrical Engineering from an accredited institution is required. Preference will be given to candidates with education from and/or previous service in distinguished institutions of higher education.
- The department is especially interested in candidates who can contribute to the diversity and excellence of the academic community through research, teaching, and service.
- A minimum of 8 years of experience relevant to the position, out of which at least 5 years should be at the level of Assistant Professor at an accredited institution.
- Candidates should have an established research reputation or outstanding research potential, the ability to attract external research funding, and a strong commitment to teaching at the undergraduate and graduate levels.
