- Manage the Small Home Appliances product portfolio within designated geographical territories
- Manage product lifecycle procurement from NPI through end of life
- Oversee product launch, pricing, positioning and market strategies
- Monitor product performance and market feedback
- Serve as liaison between suppliers, factories, and market
- Conduct in depth analysis of market trends and pricing dynamics
- Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to provide product knowledge and tools
- Manage sourcing and selection of reliable suppliers
- Negotiate pricing, payment terms and other legal requirements
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with partners
- Monitor and report on budget performance
- Explore opportunities for expanding product presence into new markets
Requirements
- Experience in product management, preferably in small domestic appliances or FMCG
- Strong analytical and market research skills
- Excellent negotiation and supplier management skills
- Ability to manage product lifecycle from NPI to end of life
- Proficiency in budget management and cost optimization
- Strong communication and collaboration skills

Role Overview
- Responsible for managing the Small Domestic Appliances product portfolio to ensure market competitiveness, compliance, and sustained growth.
- Oversees smaller accounts and drives initial collaborations, executes dynamic marketing strategies, and leverages market opportunities.
- Contributes to market expansion and the organization's long term vision and objectives.
Strategic and Managerial Responsibilities
- Implement the Products functional strategy in line with business vision.
- Ensure overall business strategy is translated into annual operational business plans.
- Implement Products functional policy, systems, processes, procedures, and controls.
- Manage Products compliance frameworks and programs.
Core Responsibilities
- Manage the Small Home Appliances product portfolio within designated territories.
