Responsibilities
- Support evaluation of new investment opportunities, including financial modelling, valuation, and commercial analysis
- Assist with due diligence processes across financial, technical and legal workstreams
- Prepare investment memoranda and materials for internal investment committees
- Support transaction execution, including structuring, negotiations, and coordination with advisors
- Monitor portfolio assets, including performance analysis, reporting, and strategic initiatives
- Conduct sector research and market mapping
- Work with external stakeholders including advisors, co investors and lenders
Requirements
- Relevant experience in private equity or investment banking
- Strong financial modelling and analytical skills, with experience building and reviewing complex models
- Strong understanding of investment fundamentals, risk analysis, and value creation
- High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously
- Strong written and verbal communication skills

What the job involves
- This is an Associate level role within the private equity team, working closely with senior investment professionals.
- You will be involved across the full investment lifecycle, from origination and analysis through to execution and ongoing asset management.
- Supporting evaluation of new investment opportunities, including financial modelling, valuation, and commercial analysis.
