- Coordinate multidisciplinary teams (Architecture, Structural, Mechanical, Transportation, and QS) to ensure seamless project execution and integrated design
- Mentor and lead junior engineers while maintaining high standards of quality, technical reviews, and compliance with company procedures
- Support Project Managers in project planning, budgeting, resource allocation, scheduling, risk management, and preparation of tender documentation
- Provide design support during construction, resolve technical issues and RFIs, and collaborate with global engineering teams to deliver successful project outcomes
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, preferably Civil or Environmental
- Specialization in water supply design is preferred
- Chartered Professional Engineering certification or equivalent is preferred
- 15 years of industry experience in the Architecture, Engineering and Planning Industry, preferably in water and environment/water supply engineering design
- 10+ years of experience in engineering design in a top tier regional/multinational engineering consultancy firm
- Strong experience in large and complex water supply design projects
- Exposure to global best practices and trends in the Architecture, Engineering and Planning Industry, in particular to water supply
- Experience in the Middle East is preferred

Overview
- We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Associate Principal Water to join our growing team.
- In this role, you will lead the design and delivery of medium to large scale water supply infrastructure projects, ensuring innovative, sustainable, and technically sound solutions that meet client expectations, local authority requirements, and international engineering standards.
- As a technical lead, you will manage the complete design lifecycle—from concept and schematic design through detailed design and tender documentation—while coordinating with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high quality project outcomes.
- You will play a key role in client engagement, stakeholder coordination, mentoring junior engineers, and driving engineering excellence across complex infrastructure projects.
- The ideal candidate is a proactive leader with strong technical expertise in water supply systems, excellent project coordination skills, and a passion for delivering world class engineering solutions.
