Role Summary
Develop and support Infor M3 enterprise integrations and ensure seamless data exchange across business applications.
The role covers technical design, development, troubleshooting, production support, upgrades and cloud-related activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop and maintain Infor M3 integrations using Infor OS, ION, MEC, APIs and web services.
- Configure and support ION workflows, document flows, API Gateway and event-driven integrations.
- Develop and troubleshoot custom solutions, extensions, SQL queries and reports.
- Perform data migration activities and root cause analysis for integration issues.
- Provide L2/L3 production support and collaborate with functional consultants and business users.
- Support application upgrades, cloud migrations, testing, deployments and release management.
- Prepare technical documentation, integration specifications and knowledge transfer materials.
Required Qualifications
- Five to seven years of Infor M3 technical development and integration experience.
- Strong expertise in Infor OS, ION, MEC, M3 APIs, Data Lake and Enterprise Collaborator.
- Knowledge of M3 Business Engine, H5 scripting, workflows and integration architecture.
- Experience with SQL, XML, JSON, REST or SOAP APIs and middleware technologies.
- Experience troubleshooting integrations, optimizing performance and providing production support.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Infor CloudSuite M3.
- Exposure to Azure integration services, EDI and data migration projects.
- Infor OS or ION technical certifications.
