Responsibilities
- Provide support on existing instructions across different geographies to senior team members
- Create bespoke cash flow modeling using Excel and assist with investment analysis
- Collate requirements, leads, and opportunities for team discussion
- Assist with preparation of investment memorandums, presentations, and other documents
- Construct data rooms and review lease agreements
- Draft detailed commercial term sheets
- Develop and maintain working relationships with key investors across the region
- Create, update, and maintain deal and capital trackers and other databases
- Provide regular market reports working with research teams
- Collaborate with research teams to prepare presentations and research documents
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Real Estate Finance, Development, Investment, Finance, or Accounting
- Minimum 8 years of experience in a similar role with a proven track record of deal making in Saudi Arabia real estate
- Sound understanding of commercial lease terms, valuation methodology, and RICS professional standards
- Excellent communication, presentation, and report writing skills
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office programs
- Fluency in English; Arabic advantageous

- The Middle East Capital Markets team focuses on outbound capital flows and regional investment advisory.
- The team seeks an experienced Associate Partner to provide deal support on buy and sell side transactions regionally.
Responsibilities
- Provide support on existing instructions across different geographies to senior team members.
- Create bespoke and detailed cash flow modelling using Excel.
- Collate requirements, leads and opportunities for discussion within the team.
- Assist with preparation of investment memorandums, presentations and other relevant documents.
- Construct data rooms.

Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Real Estate Finance, Development or Investment, or Finance or Accounting.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in a similar role with a network of professional contacts and proven deal making in Saudi Arabia real estate.
- Sound understanding of commercial lease terms, valuation methodology, and RICS professional standards.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong problem solving and decision making abilities.
- Strong financial acumen.
- Excellent report writing skills.
- Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
- Ability to work collaboratively and in a fast paced environment.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Flexibility in working across time zones.
- Understanding of regional business culture and regulations.
