Associate NACH Settlement & Reconciliation

Key Responsibilities

• Execute smooth operation of settlement and reconciliation protocols for NACH & CTS products, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Collaborate with the technology team to address complex operational issues.
• Identify opportunities for process automation and drive improvements in customer service.
• Provide all-around support to banks, covering both online and offline assistance, to resolve operational issues and facilitate seamless onboarding.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, internal SOP, resolving any issues related to NPCI operations in a timely manner.
• Generate accurate and timely reports, including regular and ad-hoc reports, to inform business decision-making.
• Sound knowledge of other NPCI products ( IMPS, AePS etc ).
• The ability to work effectively under pressure and handle stressful situations.
