Associate Manager- Site Payments Team

Support budgeting, forecasting (TPS/M2M), and variance analysis for investigator grants in collaboration with Payment Managers and Finance.

Coordinate with Clinical Operations, Data Integration, and Finance teams to resolve data or payment-related issues.

Assist in preparation of dashboards, metrics, and reports for operational and governance reviews.

Support audit readiness by maintaining documentation, evidence logs, and reconciliation support files.

Participate in transition, parallel run, and system enhancement activities as required.

What You Will Bring to the Role Strong analytical skills with experience handling payment or financial data.

Working knowledge of clinical trial workflows, site payments, and investigator grants.

Familiarity with EDC, CTMS, and payment tracking tools.

Proficiency in Excel and ability to work with trackers, dashboards, and reports.

High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple datasets simultaneously.

Effective communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Your Experience Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Life Sciences, or a related field. 2–4 years of experience in site payments, clinical trial finance, financial analysis, or related roles within a CRO, pharmaceutical, or biotech organization.
