Role overview
Associate Manager - Projects role supporting store design and development activities for MAF Retail in the UAE.
The position manages store assets, fixtures, equipment, signage, warehouse operations, and project coordination across the retail network.
The role requires regular presence at the asset warehouse and site visits for store projects.
Core responsibilities
- Manage the lifecycle of store fixtures, equipment, signage, and development assets.
- Develop specifications, support standardization, and maintain asset registers and inventory records.
- Coordinate deployment, transfers, recovery, disposal, and utilization of assets.
- Support store openings, relocations, refurbishments, handovers, and close-out activities.
Signage and project coordination
- Own signage projects end-to-end, including supplier coordination, permits, and authority approvals.
- Coordinate project schedules, documentation, stakeholder actions, and milestones.
- Support regulatory follow-up and project execution across the store network.
