Responsibilities
- Produce high quality designs including logos, corporate guidelines, BTL, social media, digital assets and other marketing materials
- Create visual concepts based on project requirements and business team needs
- Utilize design software such as Adobe Creative Suite to create and edit graphics
- Ensure all designs adhere to brand guidelines and maintain consistent visual identity
- Manage the design and uploading process for all project materials using a content management system
- Support campaign planning and execution by designing scaled campaign material
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Designing, Graphics or a relevant field
- 5 7 years of experience handling marketing operations, within a similar industry preferred
- Expertise in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, XD, Figma, Premiere, After Effects, Dreamweaver, Lightroom
- Proficiency in MS Office
- UAE National only

Job Purpose
- We are looking for a Graphic designer who can create high quality innovative graphic work and visual identity solutions.
- Experience in creating brand campaigns, publications, event/conference materials, social media graphics, promotional materials and signage.
- Ability to make short video 2D or 3D and experience in social media videos.
Key Accountabilities Graphic Design
- Produce high quality designs, including logos, updating corporate guidelines, BTL, social media, screen, digital assets and other marketing materials.
- Address design challenges and find creative solutions.
- Adapt designs to meet project constraints and objectives.
- Create visual concepts based on project requirements and business team needs.
- Brainstorm ideas and develop initial sketches or mockups.
- Utilize design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) to create and edit graphics.
- Ensure all designs adhere to brand guidelines and maintain a consistent visual identity.
- Work on a wide range of projects and media, using various software programs to visualize and develop innovative graphic designs.
- Work independently as well as cooperatively with marketing team to meet deadlines, stay within budget, and schedule project implementation.
- Examine existing processes, identify flaws, and create solutions that improve design capabilities.
- Translate strategic direction into high quality design within an established brand identity.
- Develop concepts with software, and execute original content by determining the ideal usage of color, text, font style, imagery, and layout.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Designing, Graphics or a relevant field from a recognized university.
- 5 7 years of experience handling marketing operations, within a similar industry preferred.
- Expertise in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign, Adobe XD, Figma, Adobe Premiere, Adobe After Effects, Dreamweaver, Adobe Lightroom.
- Proficiency in using MS Office.
- Visual Design Technical tools, Teamwork and leadership, Time management, Photography.
