Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee Dubai Chambers' digital communication channels, including the corporate website, social media platforms, and other digital assets
- Develop and execute digital communication plans and content calendars aligned with the organization's communication and marketing objectives
- Ensure all website and social media content is accurate, engaging, timely, and compliant with Dubai Chambers' brand guidelines and governance standards
- Coordinate the creation, review, publishing, and maintenance of website content, ensuring information remains current and user friendly
- Lead the planning and execution of social media campaigns to enhance engagement, reach, and brand awareness
- Monitor and optimize website performance, usability, accessibility, and user experience, coordinating enhancements with internal stakeholders and external vendors where required
- Manage relationships with digital agencies, website developers, social media partners, and other service providers to ensure quality and timely delivery
- Monitor digital analytics across websites and social media platforms, preparing dashboards and reports with actionable insights and recommendations
- Drive continuous improvement through SEO, digital optimization, emerging technologies, and industry best practices to maximize online visibility and audience engagement
- Coordinate with internal departments to gather, review, and publish digital content supporting organizational initiatives, events, campaigns, and announcements
- Ensure compliance with digital governance, information security, copyright, accessibility, and corporate communication standards across all digital platforms
- Keep abreast of emerging digital communication trends, platforms, technologies, and best practices, recommending innovative solutions to enhance Dubai Chambers' digital presence
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree OR 3 year Diploma in Marketing, Digital Communications, Communications, Media, Public Relations, Digital Marketing, or a related field
- 5–7 years of experience in Digital Communications, Digital Marketing, Website Management, or Social Media Management
- Proven experience managing corporate websites using Content Management Systems (CMS)
- Experience with website analytics (Google Analytics or equivalent), SEO, and digital performance reporting
- Experience managing external digital agencies and vendors

Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's Degree OR 3 year Diploma in Marketing, Digital Communications, Communications, Media, Public Relations, Digital Marketing, or a related field from a recognized university.
- Master's Degree in Marketing, Digital Communications, Communications, Media, Public Relations, Digital Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- 5–7 years of experience in Digital Communications, Digital Marketing, Website Management, or Social Media Management.
- Proven experience managing corporate websites using Content Management Systems (CMS).
- Experience with website analytics (Google Analytics or equivalent), SEO, and digital performance reporting.
- Experience managing external digital agencies and vendors.
