- Job Purpose: The job purpose of a Lead - Cell Maintenance is to manage and oversee the maintenance operations specifically for PERC (Passivated Emitter and Rear Cell) technology, ensure the optimal performance and reliability of PERC solar cells, lead troubleshooting and repair efforts, and implement preventive maintenance strategies to maintain high production quality and efficiency.
