Associate Manager - Business Intelligence

• Work collaboratively with country, regional and central teams to deliver reporting outcomes and resolve data/reporting queries.
• Support knowledge transfer, cross-training and effective handover for reports and processes to build resilience within the team.

• Maintain strong controls over data handling, report production, access, reconciliations and approvals to minimise operational and conduct risk.
• Escalate data discrepancies, reporting breaks, control gaps and compliance issues in a timely manner.
• Ensure reports are produced in line with approved definitions, business rules, governance requirements and applicable data confidentiality standards. Governance
• Adhere to Group, Country, Business and Functional policies, standards and procedures relevant to MIS, data management and operational reporting.
• Maintain evidence of report controls, approvals, reconciliations and issue resolutions for governance and review purposes.
• Support internal reviews, audits and management governance meetings by providing accurate reporting inputs and documented explanations.

• Collections and Recoveries Operations, Country Collections teams, Agency Management teams, Risk, Finance, Technology/Data teams, Governance and Controls teams, Regional and Group MIS stakeholders, and senior business management. Other Responsibilities
• Embed Here for good and Group’s brand and values in Collections and Recoveries MIS; perform other responsibilities assigned under Group, Country, Business or Functional policies and procedures; support additional reporting, analytics, remediation or transformation initiatives as required.

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Finance, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Business Administration or a related discipline.
• Relevant 3 to 5 yrs experience in MIS, analytics, reporting, collections operations, banking operations or financial services preferred.
• Working knowledge of data extraction, transformation, reconciliation, dashboarding and reporting controls.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required; knowledge of SQL, SAS, Python, Power BI, VBA/macros or similar reporting tools will be an advantage.
