Responsibilities
- Manage and lead UAE accounts team and India support office to record accounting transactions in ERP on a real time basis complying with UAE VAT and Corporate Tax Requirements
- Review roles and responsibilities of accounts team members, provide training, and document workflows
- Identify costs incurred for group companies and coordinate intercompany invoicing monthly
- Review existing agreements and design new ones for related party transactions for tax compliance
- Handle VAT compliance including filing VAT returns
- Ensure inventories and bill of entries are reconciled with UAE customs records
- Keep track of fixed assets and comply with customs/tax requirements
- Handle banking and payroll functions and assist during audits
- Learn and understand ERP software at an advanced level and train accounts staff
- Identify areas for improvement in accounts department and introduce new systems/procedures/controls
- Assist Finance Manager by preparing financial and MIS reports
Requirements
- CA Intermediate mandatory
- Minimum 5 years of post qualification experience in UAE
- Driving License with own Vehicle
- Advanced working knowledge of Excel
- Experience with ERP software

Duties and Responsibilities
- Manage and lead UAE accounts team and India support office to get the accounting transactions of all locations recorded into the ERP on a real time basis complying UAE VAT and Corporate Tax Requirements.
- Review the roles and responsibilities of accounts team members on a continuous basis to assess workload, give trainings, and develop documents listing responsibilities and workflows.
- Identify costs incurred for group companies by each group company and coordinate with responsible persons to raise intercompany invoices monthly.
- Review existing agreements and/or design new agreements/contracts for transactions with all related parties for tax compliance.
- Handle VAT compliance requirements for all companies including filing of VAT returns.
- Ensure inventories and respective bill of entries are reconciled with UAE customs records.
- Keep track of all fixed assets of the company by complying with customs/tax requirements.
- Keep updated with working knowledge of Excel at an advanced level and train all accounts staff.
- Handle banking and payroll functions and provide assistance during all types of audits.
- Learn and understand ERP software at an advanced level and give proper training and support.
- Identify potential areas of improvement in accounts department and introduce fresh systems/procedures/controls.
- Assist Finance Manager by preparing various financial and MIS reports.
