Role Overview
- Banking Associate Solicitor to join the Dubai office of an international law firm.
- Role offers chance to work with well regarded partners on transactional banking, finance, and restructuring matters across UAE and wider region.
- Practice advises financial institutions, corporates, and government related entities on banking matters including corporate lending, real estate finance, acquisition finance, conventional and Sharia compliant.
- Strong restructuring and insolvency offering acting across distressed debt situations, consensual restructurings, and formal insolvency processes.
- Team acts for strong regional client base including leading UAE banks, advising lenders and borrowers, and on selected private credit matters.
Candidate Requirements
- English / Common Law qualified solicitor with 4 6 years PQE.
- Solid Legal 500 law firm experience in the Middle East or UK.
- Transactional experience in banking/finance.
- Some exposure to restructuring or distressed situations.
Compensation
- Global Law firm remuneration, bonus and package (tax free) on offer to attract high calibre candidate with Legal 500 law firm experience.
