Support development and maintenance of cross-site capacity models, factory loadings, and utilization analyses.
Assist with cycle time improvement initiatives through bottleneck analysis, WIP management, and line balancing activities.
Analyze factory performance data and identify opportunities to increase throughput, productivity, and equipment utilization.
Develop and automate reports, dashboards, and analytical tools using SQL, Python, Power BI, and other business intelligence tools.
Support validation of manufacturing scheduling data, forecasting models, and factory planning assumptions.
Participate in scenario analysis and what-if modeling to evaluate capacity, output, and resource requirements.
Collaborate with Manufacturing, Process Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations, IT, and Equipment Engineering to support improvement projects.
Document methodologies, analytical models, and standard work processes.
Present findings and recommendations to technical and operations teams.
Build knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing systems, Industrial Engineering methodologies, and factory scheduling concepts.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Research, Systems Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Data Analytics, or related engineering discipline.
Preferred Qualifications
Internship, co-op, or academic project experience in manufacturing, operations research, data analytics, or process optimization.
Familiarity with SQL, Python, Power BI, Tableau, or similar analytical tools.
Coursework in statistics, simulation, optimization, data science, or manufacturing systems.
Exposure to semiconductor manufacturing or other high-volume manufacturing environments.
Work Experience
0–2 years of Industrial Engineering or analytical experience.
Demonstrated ability to work with large datasets and perform quantitative analysis.
Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
