Site-level intelligence on asset supply coverage and user experience (for both client and competitors)

Advanced Analytics platform for scenario modelling and optimization algorithms

Enhanced real-time visualization and collaboration, distributed across the client org (assets, strategy, marketing etc.)

Working with cross-functional teams using a ‘single source of truth’ that aligns customer “demand” data and asset “supply” data

Building a high performing global centre of excellence for geospatial analytics within Performance Improvement Practice

Executing the collection, processing, and analysis of geospatial data using advanced GIS tools and methodologies

Develop and maintain geospatial databases to ensure data integrity and accuracy

Contribute to the creation of high-quality maps and visualizations that effectively communicate data insights

Support senior analysts in conducting spatial analyses and modelling

Assist in implementing spatial analysis techniques such as distance calculations and spatial overlays

Assist in managing GIS projects across various disciplines, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards

Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance technical skills in geospatial technologies

Position A&M Global Capability Center as a thought partner within the firm for building new solutions and offerings

Comes with 1-5 years of relevant hands-on experience working with a global consulting firm, delivering geospatial driven analytics consulting services delivery for corporate and PE clients

MBA or Master’s from a top-tier institute

Have strong knowledge on various spatial models and algorithms to solve complex problems

Proficiency in solutions around Geo Spatial Analytics (custom solutions, scenario modelling, large volume rendering, foot traffic, shape file formats)

Proficiency in technical skills o Python (Geospatial libraries like geopandas), SQL, Alteryx o Visualization tools (ArcGIS, QGIS, PowerBI, CARTO) o Statistical Analysis methodologies (Gradient Boost, Random Forest) o Microsoft Office Suite (must have)

Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks and priorities

Strong analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a global team environment
