Role Overview
Geotechnical engineering role focused on technical report development, project delivery, design, ground investigations, quality control, and client and contractor liaison.
The role includes supporting resource management and mentoring professional staff while delivering projects from inception through construction.
Project and Team Delivery
- Develop professional and technically competent geotechnical reports.
- Manage and deliver project work using efficient working practices.
- Assist with team resource management and allocation of project resources.
- Manage, motivate, mentor, and develop professional staff.
Liaison and Quality Control
- Support client, contractor, subcontractor, consultant, public, and statutory-body liaison throughout project delivery.
- Provide quality control and coordinate specialist inputs.
- Influence contract specifications based on client requirements.
Geotechnical Investigations and Design
- Undertake and manage geotechnical desk studies and ground investigations.
