Associate Fraud & Claims Operations Representative

About the Role

Responsibilities

• Capture all pertinent information from customers about their claims.
• Research new and existing claims and provide status updates.
• Review complex account activity, identify customer experience improvement opportunities, and take appropriate claim actions.
• Perform routine customer support tasks while answering incoming calls in a call center environment.
• Receive direction from a team lead and escalate questions and issues to more experienced roles.
• Work with colleagues and supporting functional areas to create a seamless customer experience.
• Follow applicable risk, financial crimes, operational, regulatory compliance, and company policy requirements.

Required Qualifications

• At least six months of customer service support experience, or equivalent experience, training, military experience, or education.
• Understanding of US banking and check fraud.
• Flexibility to work any shift, including weekends.
