Role Overview
Qualcomm is hiring an Associate Engineer in its Engineering Group Software Engineering organization.
The role supports embedded and cloud-edge software, applications, and specialized utility programs for connected technology products.
Minimum Qualifications
- A bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field is required.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities
- Assist with software design, development, modification, validation, and analysis of user needs and software requirements.
- Design and implement small software features and participate in coding, unit testing, debugging, and integration.
- Assist with code reviews, regression testing, and issue triage to support software quality.
- Collaborate with project teams and write technical documentation for software projects.
Level of Responsibility
- Work is performed under supervision.
- Decision-making affects the employee's direct area of work or work group.
- The role requires basic verbal and written communication of routine factual information.
