Support the development of electrical systems from early concept stages through to testing ready for production.
Assist in the preparation of technical documentation, such as, test requirements, and design documentation supporting material.
Help to assemble and test prototype systems in our on-site facilities, capturing lessons learnt and exploring how the products can be improved.
Capture and document decisions, learn, explore and absorb new technologies to help build a better product.
Collaborate with Senior Engineers to review and validate design work.
Contribute to concept discussions and reading of supporting material to absorb design information.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date design data using established processes.
Take part in team design reviews and contribute constructively to continuous improvement.
Observe and learn from cross-functional experts working with electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and cooling systems.
Marine electrical background with minimum of 2 years industry experience, completed an apprenticeship in Electrical Engineering or a degree in Electrical or Mechatronics Engineering.
