Role overview
Raytheon Emirates is seeking an experienced Associate Program Management Director to support the capture, planning, and execution of projects reporting to the Managing Director.
The role works with the lead Program Manager, functional resources, and other Raytheon businesses to optimize project execution and maximize return.
Projects may support UAE industry, Raytheon’s global supply chain, and UAE-specific projects for local and export markets.
Work location and travel
- This is an onsite role based in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates.
- The role requires willingness and ability to travel internationally and domestically.
Responsibilities
- Support project management and execution so contract, customer, subcontract, and internal requirements are delivered on time and within budget.
- Maintain controls for risk, production, quality assurance, budget, and schedule.
- Manage program plans, schedules, milestones, deliverables, integrated master schedules, progress reporting, and corrective actions.
- Manage risk and opportunity review boards, mitigation plans, cost and schedule variance analysis, and external reporting.
