Position Overview
Support the capture, planning, and execution of projects reporting to the Managing Director of Raytheon Emirates Limited.
Work with the lead Program Manager, functional resources, and other Raytheon businesses to optimize project execution.
Projects may support Raytheon’s global supply chain or UAE-specific projects for local and export markets.
Workplace and Travel
- This is an onsite role based in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates.
- The role requires willingness and ability to travel internationally and domestically.
What You Will Do
- Support project execution to meet head contract, subcontract, customer, and internal requirements on time and within budget.
- Maintain risk, production, quality assurance, budget, and schedule controls.
- Govern programmatic and performance management policies, plans, controls, and procedures.
- Plan budgets, scope, milestones, deliverables, and the Integrated Master Schedule.
- Maintain plans and schedules, report progress, identify problems, and support corrective action.
- Manage risk and opportunity review boards and mitigation plans.
- Perform Cost Account Manager duties for cost and schedule, including Earned Value Management and variance analysis.
