Job Summary
Raytheon seeks a Requirements & Capabilities Director for its wholly owned UAE subsidiary in Abu Dhabi.
The role strengthens UAE solutions, performance, relationships, strategy, and business growth.
The position reports to the Vice President for Requirements & Capabilities and CENTCOM Region and is matrixed to the REL Managing Director.

Responsibilities
- Develop country strategy using customer needs, buying power, and market dynamics.
- Lead Customer Account Managers to maintain customer partnerships and grow the pipeline.
- Support international business development and customer campaign implementation.
- Coordinate stakeholder updates covering customer insights, opportunities, pursuits, milestones, and agreements.
- Drive integrated pipeline reviews and coordinated in-country opportunity development.
- Guide messaging, engagement, and strategy with shared stakeholders.
- Grow strategic relationships with customers, partners, and other stakeholders.
- Advise senior leaders and maintain continuity of strategic relationships.
