- Monitor portfolio and project performance by reviewing hotel performance data and analysis
- Mentor junior team members on strategic analysis, market research, benchmarking, and competitive analysis
- Prepare strategic reports, dashboards, and presentations for executive decision making
- Build and maintain strong relationships with leading operators, investors, and strategic partners
- Coordinate with internal/external stakeholders to ensure progression of project milestones and deliverables
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree preferred
