Role Overview
Raytheon Saudi Arabia is seeking an Associate Director, Program Liaison to support THAAD programs in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
The role manages collaboration between RSADF leadership and Raytheon to deliver contract and subcontract requirements on time, within budget, and in compliance with quality standards.
The position reports to the RSA and THAAD Program Director for current Foreign Military Sales contracts and future Direct Commercial Sale initiatives.

- The position is onsite at the Raytheon Saudi Arabia location in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
- The role requires extensive travel within Saudi Arabia and internationally, including the United States.
Job Summary
Raytheon Saudi Arabia is seeking an Associate Director, Program Liaison to support THAAD programs in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
The role manages collaboration between RSADF leadership and Raytheon to deliver contract and subcontract requirements on time, within budget, and in compliance with quality standards.
The position reports to the RSA and THAAD Program Director for current Foreign Military Sales contracts and future Direct Commercial Sale initiatives.
What You Will Do
- Maintain relationships with RSADF end users, provide program updates, and coordinate expectations with Raytheon teams.
- Communicate program scope, technical compliance, delivery, and milestones to senior RSADF leadership.
- Serve as the primary RSADF contact for operations and sustainment of deployed THAAD radars.
- Coordinate site access and information requests with MDA, Lockheed Martin, and in-country leadership.
