Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in digital media buying and performance marketing across Meta, Google Ads, and programmatic/CTV platforms
- Proven experience managing large scale digital budgets ($500K+ monthly) across multiple brands or accounts
- Strong expertise in campaign tracking and measurement tools, including Google Tag Manager and conversion tracking setups
- Experience building dashboards and performance reports using tools such as Google Data Studio (Looker Studio)
- Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor media buying or performance marketing teams
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to transform data into compelling narratives and actionable insights
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with confidence in client facing environments

Position Overview
- This role is focused on leading performance driven digital media strategy and execution for high growth restaurant and multi location retail clients.

- The position combines hands on strategic oversight with team leadership, managing media buyers while collaborating closely with clients and cross functional specialists.
- You will translate complex performance data into actionable insights and compelling narratives that guide decision making and campaign evolution.
