Job Summary
Manage client accounts and day-to-day maintenance activities to deliver strong client service and relationship health.
Support GAM, RAM, and FAM teams across an aligned client portfolio.
Work with banking, operations, credit, risk, compliance, legal, finance, and country leadership stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage flow maintenance, past dues, excesses, unsettled FX trades, failed trades, loan drawdowns, cash management, LTP trades, and trade offerings.
- Escalate operational risks, exceptions, and post-trade issues while coordinating with Operations and Client Services.
- Support account activity reviews, credit risk understanding, AML and credit file quality, audits, governance, and control improvements.
- Lead or support process, tool, and client-experience improvement projects.
- Maintain compliance with bank policies, regulatory requirements, applicable laws, and the Group Code of Conduct.
Skills and Experience
- CDD and related policies.
- Credit and facility documentation.
- Client management.
- Problem solving, teamwork, action orientation, and communication.
