Responsibilities
- Support the planning, execution, and optimization of integrated marketing campaigns across paid, owned, and earned channels
- Develop campaign strategies, including audience segmentation, channel mix, KPIs, and performance measurement
- Manage campaign delivery in partnership with media buying agencies, including media planning, budget tracking, optimization, and performance reporting
- Monitor campaign performance, conduct A/B testing, and use data driven insights to improve ROI and effectiveness
- Contribute to the development of engaging creative content, including video production, storytelling, and digital assets aligned with Mubadala's brand
- Support the management of corporate social media channels, content calendars, and multi channel content distribution
- Produce campaign and social media performance reports using digital analytics tools such as Google Analytics and Sprinklr
- Monitor market trends, audience insights, and competitor activity to identify opportunities and enhance campaign effectiveness
- Coordinate multiple marketing projects, working closely with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure timely, high quality delivery
- Support leadership visibility initiatives, business announcements, sponsorships, and events through strategic marketing and content execution
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Digital Media, or related field
- At least 7 years of experience in brand marketing, digital campaigns, media buying, or integrated marketing
- Strong experience in planning and executing targeted marketing campaigns, including paid media strategy and optimization
- Hands on experience in content development, particularly video production and storytelling
- Experience working with media buying agencies and managing campaign execution end to end
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Sprinklr)
- Understanding of audience segmentation, targeting strategies, and campaign performance metrics
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Role Purpose
- We are seeking a highly motivated marketing professional to support the planning, execution, and optimization of integrated brand marketing campaigns across paid, owned, and earned channels.

- The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering targeted, tactical marketing campaigns while ensuring high quality, engaging content that aligns with Mubadala’s brand narrative.

Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Digital Media, or a related field.
- At least 7 years of experience in brand marketing, digital campaigns, media buying, or integrated marketing (Agency experience is preferred).
- Strong experience in planning and executing targeted marketing campaigns, including paid media strategy and optimization.
- Hands on experience in content development, particularly video production and storytelling.
- Experience working with media buying agencies and managing campaign execution end to end.
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Sprinklr).
- Understanding of audience segmentation, targeting strategies, and campaign performance metrics.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
