Role Description

• Process purchase orders accurately and on time using relevant tools.
• Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to confirm order details and delivery schedules.
• Prioritize orders based on urgency, business needs, and service level agreements.
• Maintain trackers and databases for order statuses, delivery schedules, and costs.
• Support onboarding of new vendors by collecting documents and setting up records.
• Generate reports on buying activity, order accuracy, vendor compliance, and operational metrics.
• Monitor service level adherence and flag delays or exceptions to relevant stakeholders.
• Create and document best practices.
• Maintain workflow dashboards and report business metrics.
• Complete other assigned tasks and special projects.
