YOU WILL BE: Execute daily transaction monitoring and analytical deep-dives across the Merchandise Not Received (MNR) and Refund Not Received (RNR) domains.

This role focuses on identifying anomalies, analyzing financial loss trends, investigating root causes, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to mitigate financial risk while safeguarding the customer experience.

• Fraud Investigation & Trend Analysis: Analyze customer transactions and claims to spot fraudulent trends (e.g., MNR/RNR, high returns, abuse, friendly fraud) and build evidence- backed decisions to accept or reject them
• Proactive Prevention & Rule Creation: Turn investigation insights into actionable rules and preventive measures to neutralize recurring fraud patterns and secure operational controls
• Confidentiality & Strategy: Maintain strict confidentiality over all investigative data while actively contributing to cross-functional business strategies and continuous process improvements

• Strategic and Analytical Expertise: Proven experience in Fraud platform with strong analytical thinking to translate data into actionable insights and measurable outcomes
• Innovation and Continuous Improvement Mindset: Commitment to staying ahead of emerging technologies, tools, and best practices in loss prevention to continuously enhance operational efficiency and security posture
