Job Summary

We are looking for an Associate Business Development (1–3 years of experience) who can drive revenue through structured sales execution, strong communication, and clear intent.

This is a high-impact growth role where you will directly influence customer acquisition and revenue outcomes. If you enjoy selling, closing, and owning targets — and want to grow fast in a fintech environment — this role is for you.

Drive inbound and outbound sales conversations

Own the full sales cycle — from discovery till closure

Able to independently communicate product value clearly to founders, finance teams, and operators

Build strong pipeline hygiene and follow-up systems

Collaborate with marketing and product teams to improve GTM

Provide market feedback to refine positioning and messaging

Contribute to growth experiments and revenue strategy

Knowledge of accounting or financial workflows

Experience in fintech / CA tools / B2B SaaS

Startup exposure

Experience handling founders or senior stakeholders
