Associate Assembly Technician (1st Shift)

• Follow all company safety policies, applicable OSHA requirements, required procedures, and employee guidelines.
• Participate in required safety training and toolbox talks, and promptly report hazards, injuries, or unsafe conditions.
• Use appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times in designated areas.
• Support and demonstrate STARC Systems' values and mission.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Prior production, manufacturing, or assembly experience is not required; on-the-job training will be provided.
• Ability to learn to read and follow work orders, basic assembly drawings, bills of materials (BOMs), and standard operating procedures.
• Basic math skills and the ability to learn to use measuring tools such as tape measures and calipers.
• Previous experience with hand tools or power tools is helpful but not required.

• Dependable and able to perform repetitive tasks with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a collaborative production environment.
• Able to follow instructions, ask questions, accept feedback, and apply training consistently.

This is a second shift position with hours of 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.

The pay range for this position is $18.00 to $19.00 per hour.

The noise level in the production environment is typically moderate to high; hearing protection may be required in designated areas.

Specific vision requirements include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.

This role is performed in a manufacturing environment and may involve exposure to moving mechanical parts, tools, and materials.
