- Produce CAD drawings, renderings, layouts, study models, construction documents, and color boards for architectural or interior design tasks
- Utilize technical manuals to ensure compliance with required codes and standards
- Compile data and perform dimensional and routine calculations for drawings and design layouts
- Produce drawings and specifications that have been red lined by others
- Research and develop design and product solutions and present them for consideration
- Inspect architectural or interior design features on project sites and record conditions
- Interface with other project team members to set goals and meet shared deadlines
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture
- 0–2 years of relevant experience on similar residential projects in Saudi Arabia
- Working knowledge of architectural and/or interior design standards, practices, and techniques
- Demonstrated proficiency in sketching, rendering, model building, and presentation drawing
- Proficiency in CAD and other PC software packages typically associated with architectural and interior design
