Position Overview
The position is Associate – Accounts Payable within the CIB ITO function.
The role reports to a manager and supports the Finance Operating Platform.
The position purpose is to manage the Accounts Payable approval workflow and ensure timely invoice payment.
Direct Responsibilities
- Process expense claims and invoices according to processes and policies.
- Process invoices accurately and within the required turnaround time.
- Identify process risks and provide solutions to mitigate them.
- Manage client queries and provide solutions to their issues.
- Contribute creative ideas for process improvements.
Contributing Responsibilities
- Take initiative and ownership of work.
- Think creatively about process improvements.
- Work flexibly in shifts.
Technical and Behavioral Competencies
- Attention to detail is required.
- Email communication is mandatory.
- The role requires the ability to work under pressure.
- Comfort with basic office tools such as MS Word and Outlook is required.

Qualifications and Experience
- B.Com is listed as a specific qualification.
- A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent is required.
- At least one year of experience is required.
- Knowledge of India accounting and SAP is an advantage.
