Role Overview
The Assistant Training & Quality Manager supports the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of training and quality standards across the organization.
The role works with departments to ensure employees have the knowledge, skills, and professional standards required to deliver an exceptional luxury experience.
Training Responsibilities
- Assist with the annual training and development plan and identify departmental training needs.
- Support orientation, onboarding, operational, compliance, service, and professional-development programs.
- Coordinate employee induction and develop training materials, presentations, manuals, checklists, and learning resources.
- Deliver training sessions, workshops, briefings, and coaching sessions.
- Monitor participation, completion, assessment results, development progress, and training records.
